Little Bundles uses some personal data about potential beneficiaries to determine whether to make a gift of baby clothing or equipment in order to relieve need or hardship. We also use data about the referrer to determine the authenticity of the referral.

Personal information in referral and donation forms is retained for 24 months and then destroyed. This is to allow Little Bundles to provide evidence for any audit or independent examination.

We may contact you for reasons relating to the referral you have made. We will use your contact details to manage this and may retain them for marketing purposes. Please refer to the marketing section below on how we may use your personal data for marketing purposes.
